ORDER

How to fulfill the Orders? (create New Sample orders/ a Manual Orders/ to get tracking code for your Orders)

CENFUL supports receiving Seller orders through two methods:

  1. Sellers submit orders through Google Drive.

  2. Sellers submit orders by importing CSV files to CENFUL's system.

Processing Time of CENFUL

  1. Production time: 1-5 working days since the order is submitted with complete and accurate information.

  2. Tracking received time: 1-2 working days for US orders, 1-3 working days for WW orders.

  3. Tracking updated time: 4-6 working days since the order is handed over to the shipping partner (for US orders), 4-12 working days from when the order is handed over to the shipping partner (for WW orders).

  4. Delivery time: 7-12 working days since the order is handed over to the shipping partner for US orders, 7-15 working days for US* orders, 2-4 working weeks for WW orders.

TECHNIQUE

What technology is used to print on our products?

1. UV printing

UV printing technology on acrylic and wood is an advanced technique that uses UV (Ultra Violet) ink to create images and patterns on the surfaces of acrylic and wood. This process not only delivers high image quality but also ensures durability and strong adhesion of the ink on these materials. This technique currently applies to the following products: Ornaments, Wooden Signs, Tumblers, Metal Signs, etc.

2. Laser engraving

Laser engraving technology on mica, wood, and leather is a method that uses laser beams to cut, engrave, or create patterns and text on materials such as acrylic, wood, and leather. This technology has become popular in various industries, from personal gift production to industrial manufacturing, thanks to its high precision and flexible customization capabilities. This technique currently applies to the following products: Leather Keychains, Hologram Ornaments, Wooden Boxs, etc.

3. Embroidery technology

Automatic embroidery machine technology is a superior advancement in the decorative product manufacturing industry. Automatic embroidery machines use control software to embroider patterns, logos, and text onto various fabrics and materials. With many advantages such as high speed, precision, and the ability to reproduce complex embroidery designs, it is widely applied in production. This technique currently applies to the following products: shirts, hats, keychains and ornaments, etc.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for an order to US?

We aim to produce your order as quickly as possible.

Generally, our team will begin processing within few hours after you have successfully uploaded the required information, including your address, product details, order specifics, and a design that adheres to our guidelines.

We will process orders based solely on the information you provide and will not make any changes to it.Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that all provided data is accurate. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information (such as wrong or missing addresses, zip codes, customer details, incorrect sizes, colors, product types, etc.).

The processing time begins not when you upload your order, but only after the following conditions are met:

  • You have submitted all necessary informations: shipping details, customer informations, order specifics, etc.

  • You have provided a design file that complies with our guidelines.

  • Our team has been notified (especially if you are a new customer or have not ordered from us recently).

Production/Shipping Time:

On average, production takes between 1-5 business days from when your order is submitted. Standard shipping times for domestic orders are typically 7-12 business days after your order is handed over to our shipping partner.

How long does it take for an order to other regions outside US?

Standard shipping times apply 7-15 business days for orders outside US since the order is handed over to our shipping partner.

TERM AND POLICIES

What if the order is lost?

Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact our Customer Service team.

Do you take returned order?

Since our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns. Please provide a photo or video showing the specific issue with the product along with your order number. Once we confirm the issue, we will process a refund or send a replacement.

When can I request a replacement item?

Each product undergoes careful inspection before delivery. However, errors can occur, and to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer replacement items for the following reasons:

  • The product itself has defects.

  • The printing quality is poor.

  • The final product differs materially from the design shown on our website.

  • The product details do not match the order: type, size, color, or printed content.
